Genome Sequencing Using Graph Theory Approach

چکیده
Genome sequencing is the process of determining in which order nitrogenous bases also known as nucleotides within a DNA molecule are arranged. Every organism’s genome consists unique sequence nucleotides. These provide phenotypes and genotypes cell. In mathematics, Graph theory study mathematical objects graphs made vertices (or nodes) connected by either directed edges or indirect edges. Determining these bonded can help scientists researchers to compare between organisms, show how organisms related. this research, we graph plays vital part different types used during sequencing. We going propose several ways genome. well, explore like Hamiltonian graph, Euler de Bruijn advantages disadvantages associated with each graph.

A Graph-Based Clustering Approach to Identify Cell Populations in Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data
Introduction: The emergence of single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology has provided new information about the structure of cells, and provided data with very high resolution of the expression of different genes for each cell at a single time. One of the main uses of scRNA-seq is data clustering based on expressed genes, which sometimes leads to the detection of rare cell populations. ...

متن کاملGraph Theory Based Approach For Image Segmentation Using Wavelet Transform
This paper presents the image segmentation approach based on graph theory and threshold. Amongst the various segmentation approaches, the graph theoretic approaches in image segmentation make the formulation of the problem more flexible and the computation more resourceful. The problem is modeled in terms of partitioning a graph into several sub-graphs; such that each of them represents a meani...
متن کاملChopStitch: exon annotation and splice graph construction using transcriptome assembly and whole genome sequencing data.
Motivation Sequencing studies on non-model organisms often interrogate both genomes and transcriptomes with massive amounts of short sequences. Such studies require de novo analysis tools and techniques, when the species and closely related species lack high quality reference resources. For certain applications such as de novo annotation, information on putative exons and alternative splicing m...
